We cannot accept returns without being contacted first so we can give you the correct delivery address for your country and assign your order with a returns number or RMA number.

If you think that we have not answered your emails then also please check your junk mail folder for us as we always send order confirmations and shipping updates if you supplied us with an email address when ordering.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including all tags.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed on the next payment run and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
