Lusso is a UK based shop site that delivers globally pretty much anywhere in the World. Due to some countries postal services we have to charge for tracked shipping to make sure these items arrive, these countries include, India, Pakistan, Mexico , Brazil and Peru. If in doubt please get in touch and ask about shipping rates.
We ship from our warehouse in Slough, UK and ship with Royal Mail, USPS, Belgian Post and DHL depending on your country.
We are in contact with all of our suppliers and shipping companies and all are taking the correct measures to keep their staff and systems clear of the new coronavirus. All shipping companies are working and all routes Worldwide are open. If this changes we will update you. Some deliveries will take a little longer as the pressure on the system increases so please allow some extra time for your order to arrive in these difficult times.
Due to the free shipping terms most of our products take between 5 and 20 days to arrive. We will endeavour to deliver as soon as possible as no one likes to wait and we will keep you updated. We would recommend selecting one of our tracked shipping services to ensure better delivery times and confirmed delivery.

For UK deliveries we expect your order to arrive within 5 to 10 days but may take longer depending on the item.
Due to the issues with items not being delivered in certain countries we offer a fully tracked service for some of these including India, Mexico, Brazil, Chile and UAE. Sorry but in order to ensure delivery we need to charge a fee and cannot offer free shipping to these places.

We try to respond to all emails within 12 to 24 hours and have visibility of your parcel in transit at all times.
