We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 to the USA/ UK and many non-EU countries.
Please be aware due to Brexit some EU countries may charge a new VAT before delivery of your goods. In order to cover this we must now charge for shipping to EU countries.
Deliveries to Canada may also be effected by local import duty fees which are payable by the customer.
Lusso is a UK based shop site that delivers globally pretty much anywhere in the World. Due to some countries postal services we have to charge for tracked shipping to make sure these items arrive, these countries include, India, Pakistan, Mexico , Brazil and Peru. If in doubt please get in touch and ask about shipping rates.
We ship from our warehouse the UK and ship with Royal Mail and UPS or others depending on your country.

Due to the free over $50 shipping terms most of our products take between 5 and 20 days to arrive. We will endeavour to deliver as soon as possible as no one likes to wait and we will keep you updated. We would recommend selecting one of our tracked shipping services to ensure better delivery times and confirmed delivery.
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates so please order as early as possible to avoid delays.

Due to the issues with items not being delivered in certain countries we offer a paid fully tracked service for some of these including India, Mexico, Brazil, Chile and UAE. Sorry but in order to ensure delivery we need to charge a fee and cannot offer free shipping to these places.
If you have any questions or would like to know the whereabouts of your product then drop us an email at hello@lusso-borsetta.com, sorry but we do not offer customer service over the phone due to differing timezones and the ability to track calls.
We try to respond to all emails within 12 to 24 hours and have visibility of your parcel in transit at all times.
Due to the complexity of international laws we cannot include those fees in orders.
You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.
We will endeavour to send products separately to avoid this issue so you may receive multiple deliveries but you will receive your full order.
We cannot guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.

We cannot accept returns without being contacted first so we can give you the correct delivery address for your country and assign your order with a returns number or RMA number.
If for some reason you feel that we have not delivered the service you expected then please contact us on hello@borsetta-online.com. If you think that we have not answered your emails then also please check your junk mail folder for us as we always send order confirmations and shipping updates if you supplied us with an email address when ordering.
RETURN
Please note:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including all tags.
- Due to the free shipping we offer, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable postal service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Postage costs are non-refundable. Only the item's cost will be refunded
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed on the next payment run and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- Depending on your payment method it may take up to 14 business days to appear on your statement.

Why are your products so affordable?
We work closely with our suppliers and manufacturers to make sure we have full visibility of the whole production process. We don't have the overheads of a physical store so can pass on the savings to you. We match the best quality for the best value and offer these products for sale on our online store. Our Italian products are sourced from Italy and our Ozzell range is handmade in Turkey for us and all stocked in the UK.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We ship from London using a Royal Mail, DHL, UPS and USPS and shipping depends on the service but we aim to get your order to you in 5 to 20 days as shipping is currently slowed down due to the Covid19 pandemic.
Do you charge taxes?
We can only charge VAT on orders in the UK as we are a UK based country so taxes in other countries cannot be collected.
Do I have to pay for a return?
Due to our free shipping policy we cannot offer free returns and ask that you send items back the cheapest way possible to our US or UK returns centres.
Are you a legit company?
We are a private limited company in the UK and are fully registered with Companies House. We are VAT registered and post annual accounts.
Why don’t you offer customer service by phone?
As a small boutique business we can only provide customer service by email and our ticketing system to allow us to keep record of every order and question. Using a phone service would mean we would have to increase our costs and pass that on to our customers.
Do you offer wholesale?

Do you offer expedited shipping?
We can offer faster shipping but at an increased price so please contact us before ordering to discuss and we can get preferential rates from DHL or Fedex to make sure your order arrives quicker than normal.
Do you offer discounts?
We aways offer discounts to first time buyers an also to our email newsletter list on a regular basis. We always have deals on certain items so please join our mailing list to receive these offers.
Will my orders ship in one package?
Where possible we will ship all items in an order together but if for some reason an item is delayed then we will ship separately but please be assured they will arrive.
Customs charges and duty?
Each country has their own regulations of import duties and taxes. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. To avoid complications, you can simply check on your country’s import duties. Usually, none are imposed on our products. Items shipped to the USA are import duty free up to $800. Australia has an import duty free threshold of $1000 but fees may vary in all other countries. If in doubt then please contact us. Many of these fees will be offset by the lack of sales tax and shipping cost saved.
Tracking orders
For all orders over $100 we provide free tracking and for orders under $100 we provide 2 choices of shipping. Both reliable but with the paid tracked option you have the security of knowing your item is tracked from the warehouse direct to your door.
